近年出産年齢の高齢化に伴い、分娩時大量出血（postpartum hemorrhage:PPH）を引き起こす産婦が増えている。産後貧血を合併した褥婦と正常な産褥経過をたどる褥婦の母乳成分、特に鉄分量に違いはあるのか？また産後貧血に陥っている褥婦の母乳分泌量はどのように変化するのか？について、母子の栄養摂取状況調査および血液学的所見を含めて縦断的に検討するものである。
